Okay! There are A LOT of workouts here! So have fun! If you are new to working out – take it easy! Follow the modifiers! If you are a pro – you better be giving it your ALL! At the start of each workout you will see the equipment required. Some use equipment and some don’t. If you have equipment – awesome! If you don’t, trust me, you can still get in a great workout without it!
